Operates Great - Air Conditioner Room Size Review

You are able to faintly listen to the compressor working in the background but that's expected unlike cheap air conditioning units. It's compact, peaceful, powerful, and effective. Like that its not too noisy.

Tidbit- I moved to Phoenix about Two-and-a-half decades ago from Minneapolis region where cold in the winter months was more the issue- even though 88 degree with high humidity feels about as bad as 110 dry heat (like 5% humidity) in Phoenix.

Because of the late summer season (still 100 degree) temperatures local suppliers did not have suitable air conditioner room size replacement models and GE was without parts readily available for the failed unit.

It takes about thirty mins to cool an entire room. Not really a chance that, that is going to occur. Then, it sounds like someone within the room rocking on an old rocking chair. So typically we're a little cooler during the day.

After I saw the description of the Ozeri fan, the way it spoke of the "whisper quiet" operation, I believed for price, I would try it. I got myself this a/c last week for cooling off our family room which is roughly the specified air conditioner room size. This is a superb little machine that even an old lady can run! They blew cold air however it got cooler but did not freeze me out. I quickly went onto amazon and do some research on the variety of items that are available. I didn't drill any holes within our master bedroom window and the compact air conditioner sits all right.

Some reviewers complain the blue light it emits is simply too intense,which was when I had it on low. Overall excellent product: tempted to have more for additional rooms that match the air conditioner room size.

I envision this is where many people will put these. My new kitten and I thank Amazon for getting us through the heat, for a fantastic purchase, fantastic price and delivery RIGHT ON TIME AS USUAL! This is a great fan. I was getting the 6K BTU design with the digital controls, however, I figured I would get something super inexpensive and when it failed I could use it like a single space cooler. The remote is definitely an added convinience, I'm able to change speeds, direction of airflow, or just power it down without climbing any stairs.

Running it's very easy to use although I've not attempted to make use of the 'timer' function. I purchased this last year for my basement. Wish I'd made the purchase years back. I would suggest it to anyone considering a transportable A/C.


I had bought years earlier...so when I first received this air conditioning I thought is this going to be the right air conditioner room size. I enjoy the ability to alter the air flow path just like a home air conditioning systems.
